This 60-card expansion shifts the conflict from New England to the rainforests of Mesoamerica, where the Great Old Ones and their opponents search for powerful relics. Investigators, criminals, and cultists use ancient artifacts, hidden cultists, forbidden sacrifices, and potent curses as the influence of the Ancient Ones spreads across the world.
