A gonzo, eldritch science-fantasy setting presents a ruined world of mutants, strange elves, desert pirates, space-opera bars, domed cities, and a settlement ruled by a gargantuan purple demon-worm. The adventure begins with introductory dungeons before leading into the Black Pyramid, a megadungeon filled with unusual locations, monsters, factions, magic items, and competing agendas. The rules are primarily OSR in style, with compatibility for old-school and 5e games, and include a neutral rules presentation plus an appendix featuring a d20 system.
