City of Spies: Enigma Promo Card

A reward that is hard to hold on to. The Enigma card begins in a random Reward Space and is claimed by the player who wins that space’s Reward Card. At the start of each later round, its owner places it in a Reward Space of their choice; if it remains unclaimed, it is placed again at the start of the next round. The card is worth 2 victory points at the end of the game.
