City Planner

City Planner is a board game for 1–2 players. It plays in 10–20 minutes and is meant for ages 10 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 2.

A 9-card, 9-cube, 9-dice version of Town Center mixed with Card City and dice. Players develop a small city divided into blocks containing residential, commercial, industrial, cultural, City Hall, and mixed-use districts. Each round, players roll dice, pass a card, and decide where to place, block, or affect the dice to earn money and victory points. The game proceeds through four phases—Rolling Dice, Passing a Card, Scoring All Cards, and Turn End—and ends after eight rounds.
