Players take on the roles of recent graduates spending a party weekend at a lakeside town with a history of slasher-killer violence. When the Hatchet Man returns and possesses one of the residents, the group must survive until morning and uncover the killer’s identity. Players take turns moving through town locations, avoiding attacks, secretly checking places the killer has not yet reached to deduce the lair, and matching clues to suspects in a police lineup. Anyone caught in an attacked location without a hiding place is killed and eliminated. The group must survive three acts, identify the possessed killer, and win together.
