Strategic game of the Spanish-American War’s Atlantic naval conflict, using area movement and fast War at Sea-style tactics. Players deploy individual warships across the Atlantic coast and Caribbean to control sea areas, blockade enemy positions, support island holdings, and destroy opposing naval forces. Victory points are awarded each turn for controlled or blockaded areas and ships destroyed.
