Eight Demon River, Temple of the Mantis, Wargenfels

This collection contains three largely self-contained fantasy scenarios, each centered on recovering a valuable item for a patron or other quest-giver. The item can be defined to suit the campaign, and each scenario can lead into further adventures. In Eight Demon River, the party enters a great battle on a river in the Far East. Temple of the Mantis takes place in a bizarre extradimensional maze inhabited by strange mantis priests. Wargenfels sees the party clinging to life on the back of a mountain-sized giant, with nearby castles and landmarks providing a setting for exploration.
