Miniatures rules for modern armored warfare at HO, micro, and micro-condensed scales. Each miniature represents a single soldier or tank, with small-unit actions managed through written orders and simultaneous resolution. Combat uses dice and damage tables, while force construction is largely free-form, with forces intended to be roughly balanced. Campaign rules add hex-grid movement, supply, morale, and point-based force construction, along with expanded weather rules and brief systems for airborne operations, naval combat, and tactical nuclear weapons.
