An expansion that adds detailed tactical rules, new ship types and leadership options for large-scale space warfare. Players manage additional vessels such as heavy maulers, war cruiser and destroyer leaders, light gunboat tenders, and stellar fortresses, and use expanded shipyard functions and flexible command points to plan construction and fleet command. Includes multiple scenarios and alternative-start campaigns that explore ‘‘what if’’ conflicts and regional invasions, plus a five-player alternate-history campaign. Requires the core 2010 rulebook and compatible countersheets to play.
