Fiasco

A GM-less storytelling game for 3–5 players, set in the world of small-time schemes that spiral into disastrous situations. Players create ordinary characters driven by ambition, fear, greed, and poor impulse control, then establish relationships and motives before playing out the consequences. The game uses cards to define the setting, characters, and connections, and to guide turning points and outcomes. No preparation is required, and a session typically plays in a few hours.
