Each round they simultaneously select actions—hiring crew, acquiring scripts, and staging production—while sequencing choices by which project needs the fewest pre-production weeks. Players balance recruiting strong personnel and pursuing awards against the risk of production problems and bad reviews. The game resolves contests for resources and box-office sales, and the player who sells the most tickets at the end wins.
