First, Do No Harm

A MÖRK BORG-compatible adventure set in the Raven’s Claw Sanatorium, where the party is sent to retrieve Erling, a patient awaiting execution for devil worship. After Erling escapes, Dr. Harms asks the characters to restore order across the hospital grounds. The sanatorium contains 25 rooms spread across four levels, with paranormal events threatening the party throughout the exploration. A new SANITY mechanic adds further danger as the characters investigate the facility and attempt to survive.
