Fleet: Arctic Bounty – Captain Mouse

A captain card that adds a special auction participant to the game. At the start of the Launch Boats phase, reveal the top boat card: if it is worth $2, add it to Captain Mouse’s fleet; otherwise, discard it. During the auction phase, draw an additional card if the first card is not a $2 boat card. Captain Mouse bids whenever a $2 boat card is revealed.
