Gaze of the Solemn Sire

The characters seek a powerful weapon, a route to a distant place, or vital information, and are directed to an obscure deity once worshiped for aiding those destined to change the world. In a dungeon hidden among rocky crags, they encounter an effigy of this forgotten being and face deadly traps and merciless guardians. The deity offers its aid without regard for whether the characters’ future deeds are benevolent or cursed. This Shadowdark adventure challenges them to survive the dungeon and earn the favor of a power that may shape the course of their campaign.
