A system-neutral city setting for Labyrinth Lord, detailing Dolmvay’s history, government, religion, commerce, laws, districts, businesses, factions, and social customs. It includes festivals, city encounters, NPCs, monsters, plants, shops, inns, random generation tables, and guidelines for adapting the city to individual campaigns. Additional sections cover the Church of Law and Order, the Adventurer’s Guild, and the city’s magical sewer system, with encounters and sample maps. The hardcover edition also includes the adventure “Oak Grove Whispers” for characters of 1st–3rd level.
