Players compete to create the funniest, most outrageous comic-strip treatment for absurd therapy prompts. Each round, a prompt card sets up a bizarre therapy scenario and players submit answer cards to complete the strip; the judge selects the card they find funniest to win the round. Play focuses on assembling darkly humorous combinations and reacting to others’ submissions, with rounds cycling through different prompts until a player reaches the victory condition.
