Imperial Settlers: Diplomacy Promo Tiles

This set adds two double-sided tiles for diplomatic dealings and conflict. Both begin in the center of the table. Golden Route allows a player to take a faction card from another player, who receives the tile and chooses between its Golden Route and Confiscation sides; Confiscation returns goods. Declaration of War produces swords and can be claimed by paying workers and declaring war on another player, who receives the tile and chooses a side. Mobilization produces workers and passes the tile to another player when used.
