Island of Empty Eyes
After winning the Free Captains’ Regatta, the adventurers claim an uninhabited island in the Shackles. They explore ancient ruins, confront monstrous inhabitants, and work to tame their new domain. The adventurers must then host a feast for the pirate council, while a mysterious saboteur threatens the gathering and their standing among the region’s pirate lords. The volume also includes lore about the Shackles and its cyclopes, a Pathfinder’s Journal entry, and five new monsters.
