A campaign scenario set in Wastburg follows Karl, a young literate from the Etrave district, and his friends as they create a bilingual satirical newspaper. The group investigates abuses by the powerful and untouchable, exposes the city’s pervasive racism, and turns its findings into humorous articles and illustrations for printing and distribution. The scenario addresses political violence and intolerance through satire, with nothing placed beyond criticism.
