Additional item cards that add variety to the game. Early Riser resolves split ties in the player's favor, while Intern allows even trades of up to two loose tiles with another player or the Field Leader. New Discovery lets a player create a custom four-tile dinosaur fossil set for 8 points and an amber. Botanist awards bonus points at the end of the game for collecting the most plant tiles.
