Killer Queen: The Slasher Cut

This accessory includes 3 axes, 4 machetes, and 5 cleavers with a more graphic visual design than the standard weapon cards. The cards can replace the base-game weapons as a visual upgrade, or support an alternate mode in which standard weapons are placed in the active player's Injury Pile while bloody weapons can be thrown into another player's Injury Pile. Requires the base game to play.
