King & Assassins

An asymmetrical strategy game for two players, set during a revolt against a cruel ruler. One player controls the king and his knights, who must push through an angry crowd and reach an exit or eliminate the hidden assassins. The other controls twelve citizens, concealing three assassins who can attack the king, kill guards, and hinder his movement. Action Cards determine the available movement and attacks each round. The king wins by escaping or eliminating all assassins; the opposing player wins by inflicting two wounds on the king or exhausting the card deck. Two scenarios offer different tactical challenges.
