Kobayakawa

Players receive one hidden card and a shared face-up card (the Kobayakawa) while a small pool of betting tokens sits in the center. On a turn a player either draws and discards to swap their hidden card or flips the deck to replace the Kobayakawa, then after everyone has acted players choose whether to bet a token to remain in the round. All remaining players reveal their cards; the player with the lowest card adds the Kobayakawa value to their own card. The highest resulting value wins the pot of bets plus a bonus from the center and takes the start-player marker for the next round. Play runs seven rounds (with a doubled bonus in the final round); the player with the most tokens at the end wins.
