Adds five new technologies to the existing technology tree: Art, Antibiotics, Banking, Satellites, and Universities. These cards expand the communication and medical branches, provide new incentives to influence Law, and introduce a zero-discard-cost technology dependent on Art. Players incorporate the new technologies into their plans and compete for influence as they develop the tree. The Antibiotics card contains a corrected Hospital reward reminder of 5.
