Legend of the Five Rings Roleplaying Game Master's Kit
Slow Tide Harbor is plagued by crime, gaijin smuggling, and a blasphemous mahō cult that kidnaps samurai for blood magic sacrifices. This Game Master supplement includes an adventure in which investigators uncover the cult’s allies and unravel its conspiracy, along with character creation rules for the Tortoise Clan, the minor clan that rules the harbor. A four-panel screen keeps commonly referenced rules close at hand. The 32-page book and screen require the Legend of the Five Rings Core Rulebook.
