Librum Enchantus

This supplement adds rules for creating wondrous items with supernatural abilities. Characters can enchant weapons, armor, computers, vehicles, tools, and other equipment, as well as use potions, rings, wands, rods, and boots. It includes new spells, equipment, and magic items, with enhanced abilities balanced by a cost. The core rulebook is required to use this supplement.
