LÆTI 2 is a lively, sound-driven party game that celebrates creativity, speed, and laughter. It’s the sequel to the best-selling Icelandic game of 2023, LÆTI, and is designed for families and mixed-age groups. The game revolves around expressing ideas through noise and simple performance, transforming everyday sounds into a playful guessing challenge. The gameplay is straightforward and easy to learn. Players form teams, and on their turn, one player draws a card and attempts to communicate it using only sounds and head movements. Speaking words, using full-body gestures, or drawing is strictly prohibited, encouraging players to be inventive with sound alone. Each team has a limited time of one minute to guess as many cards as possible before the timer runs out. Scoring is simple and fast-paced. Each correct guess earns one point, while saying “pass” costs the team one point. The game continues until the deck of cards is exhausted. To emerge victorious, teams add up their points at the end of the game. The team with the highest total score is declared the winner.
