From the back of the book: “There are a thousand derelicts ripe with salvage around Sagittarius A” Sagittarius A, the rotten core of the galaxy where the laws of physics go to die. The supermassive black hole warps space and time, dragging the derelicts of past and possible futures into its accretion disk. Corporate ships hunt for these derelicts, sending out breaching pods filled with expendable ‘assets’ - the poor and the desperate, contracted into servitude and cloned to the point that they are no longer legally human. These are the stories of those assets. Managing the Expendables is a toolkit to help wardens create infested derelicts full of valuable salvage and monstrous entities.
