New investigator abilities support movement, extra clue gain, or horror removal, and four new characters bring situational perks for cutting through underbrush, reacting to sight tokens, assisting with puzzles, or using outdoor astronomy to glean clues. Encounters emphasize exploration, resource management, and tactical combat in hazardous outdoor environments.
