Medieval lords struggle to keep their cities populated while disease, crusades, and other hardships spread across the land. Players draw cards from the deck and market, then add citizens, diseases, and other effects to cities. Knights, priests, and commoners contribute to scoring, while epidemics weaken populations and negative cards can be placed in opponents’ cities. Victory comes from gathering worthy citizens and winning crusades.
