Merchant House of Amketch

In the city of Balic, magically altered beetles spread a psionic malady that leaves captives docile. Templars, slavers, and raiders use the insects to suppress their prisoners’ abilities, while a powerful merchant house profits from the trade. Called upon by the Veiled Alliance, the characters investigate the beetles’ source and travel through the trade routes and intrigues south of the Estuary of the Forked Tongue. The adventure is designed for four to six characters of levels 4–7 and can be played on its own or as a sequel to Black Flames.
