Metrorunner

Players take the role of competing runners in a neon-drenched dystopian city, riding the Metro to accept risky underworld contracts and harvest resources for corrupt corporations and their home district. On each turn players move their pawn along the Metro, collect or spend credits and items, and take actions to complete jobs, acquire upgrades, and gain reputation. A central tile-based circuit puzzle represents the city’s network: players manipulate tiles to change pathways and then use hacking actions to breach nodes and steal data. Strategy centers on plotting efficient routes, blocking opponents, timing upgrades, and balancing cash, influence, and notoriety to fulfill contracts before rivals.
