It includes 31 historical scenarios featuring American PT boats, German S-boats, and other small craft, along with linked scenarios forming a motor torpedo boat campaign. New rules cover small-ship operations, impulse movement, and damage from light weapons, with data for additional vessels. A role-playing section allows players to command a squadron, planning missions according to crew skill and morale. The expansion requires the standard rules and the relevant data annexes to play.
