Munchkin Cthulhu 3: The Unspeakable Vault

An expansion set that adds 56 cards themed around a humorous, cartoonish take on Lovecraftian horror. Players draw new Monsters, Items, Curses and special cards that introduce eccentric Elder God variants, phobias, ichor effects and other oddities that change combat and interactions. Players continue to play the base game’s Munchkin mechanics: explore by kicking down doors, fight or bargain with monsters using equipment and class/race abilities, play items and modifiers to aid or sabotage others, and race to reach level 10. New cards introduce unusual weapons and hazards (Roman Candle, giant hypodermic needle, can opener, etc.) plus madness-style effects that alter combats and player status.
