This fan expansion follows the core Ticket to Ride rules on a map of the Netherlands, where players claim routes between cities to complete tickets and score the most points. It requires train pieces and train cards from either the US or Europe base game. Tourist cards add values for visiting specific cities and are selected alongside destination tickets. The board includes air travel, BNG Express, and Rotterdam light railway routes, along with special cards that enable additional route options. Players can exchange or redraw cards, combine routes, and end the game early when their wagon supply reaches three, potentially preventing opponents from completing their tickets. End-game bonuses provide further scoring opportunities.
