Operations Special Issue #3 is a board game for 2 players. It is meant for ages 12 and up.

This issue contains Fury in the East, Starvation Island, Warriors of God: War by Proxy, and additional Advanced Squad Leader material. The Hell’s Corner section includes five Guadalcanal scenarios covering clashes between American and Japanese forces around Matanikau Village and One Log Bridge, with SSR rules and a 25.5 × 22-inch Guadalcanal map. Two independent Starter Kit scenarios depict an early German assault on the Volga ferry landings at Stalingrad and a heavy armor clash during Operation Bagration.
