Five new playable characters join the cast, each with a unique ability that alters teamwork and problem-solving during the 19th‑century Iberian campaign. Characters include an engineer, a palliative caregiver, a university professor and student pair, and a visitor from the future; each role provides different actions or bonuses that interact with existing mechanics. The expansion integrates with the base map and rules to offer additional strategic options for controlling outbreaks and advancing research. This is a limited promotional supplement released for a specific event.
