Phage From Below

A deadly ancient plague spreads across a post-apocalyptic Terra, threatening humans, manimals, and mutants with the Crimson Crust, a shell-like cocoon that encases its victims. Players lead teams of Seekers through the ruined world in a race to find a cure before the infection overwhelms the remaining population.
