Phantom League: Pilot Academy

This expansion adds two optional modules to the spacefaring campaign: revised battle rules and Galactic Balance with Surface Missions. The battle rules substantially change combat, while missions can now affect the wider galactic situation rather than only providing Recognition. Surface Missions offer another way to gain Recognition and influence Galactic Balance. Separate rules are provided for use with or without the first expansion.
