France and the Coalition powers struggle for control of Europe from the French Revolution through Waterloo. The game covers 1792–1815 on a map of Europe and the Levant, with each turn representing one year and separate fair-weather and bad-weather impulses. Players command multi-step historical armies, elite corps, and major generals, while event markers represent key developments of the period. Two scenarios cover the Republic and Empire periods, with low counter density and streamlined rules supporting a complete campaign in under ten hours.
