This World War II expansion focuses on bringing minor countries into a side’s sphere of interest through economic, political, and military pressure. Players can seek support from countries including Czechoslovakia, Spain, Turkey, and Brazil while pursuing their war aims. The expansion adds 200 counters, including political markers, Russian and Chinese heavy weapons, warlords, friction markers, carriers with surface-to-air missiles, partisan headquarters, late-war Soviet jets, and night fighters.
