Port Royal: Gambler Promo Card

Adds an optional discover-phase variant for the active player: reveal the next four cards of the deck at once. The active player gains one extra purchase but cannot fend off ships; taxes and other effects resolve in the revealed order. After resolving those cards the discover phase ends for that player.
