Players build an electrical network across the Russia/Japan map, connecting cities along predefined routes and expanding their grid to supply more locations. Turn structure centers on an auction phase for power plants, a market for fuel (coal, oil, garbage, uranium) and network expansion, forcing trade-offs between buying efficient plants, securing fuel, and saving money to claim new connections. New, more efficient plants enter the market as the game progresses, so purchases change future availability and bidding dynamics. Wind and solar plants operate without fuel, while other plants require resource management and competition for limited supplies. Victory goes to the player who supplies electricity to the most cities.
