República Bananera

Players inhabit a fictional banana republic and take turns acting as President by drawing a red prompt card with a blank. Other players each submit a punchline card from their hand to complete the prompt, aiming to match the President’s taste. The President chooses a winning punchline; the player who submitted it becomes the new President. Play continues until a player has been chosen seven times, at which point they rise to dictator and win the game. The game uses dark, black-humour prompts and punchlines and plays as a social party experience of matching and judging card combinations.
