Secrets of Emerald City

This game master’s resource details Emerald City, a Pacific Northwest metropolis transformed when the Silver Storm unleashes new superpowers and threats. It provides setting information, adventure hooks, behind-the-scenes details, and villainous adversaries for superhero campaigns set on Earth-Prime. Super-criminals exploit the city’s fragile peace to settle old scores and compete for control of the underworld, while heroes respond to the growing crisis. A full-color poster map of the city and surrounding area is included.
