Spite & Malice

Players race to be the first to play all the cards from their personal stack onto shared build piles in the center. On a turn, players draw and play numbered cards in ascending sequence to the build piles, using cards from hand and from multiple personal discard piles. The Hasbro edition uses suitless numbered cards and adds action cards that alter play and introduce tactical choices. Gameplay balances planning discard pile management, sequencing on the shared build piles, and timing action cards to disrupt opponents and advance one’s own stack.
