Splendor: Dice Tower Promo Noble

A promotional noble card that integrates into any game that uses nobles. It requires four blue and four black gem cards to claim and awards three prestige points when acquired. Treats as a standard noble for gameplay and setup, and is shuffled in with the other noble cards. It is not compatible with the Cities of Splendor module from the Cities of Splendor expansion.
