Star Crown Empire and the Sea of Fates

A fantasy adventure setting on the rugged continent of Govon, where eight city-states maintain uneasy alliances among Elves, Dwarves, Centaurs, Lizardmen, Humans, Trolls, Nomads, and other threats. Players begin in the trading town of Borbinak and explore deserts, jungles, mountains, fertile plains, and dangerous seas in search of treasure, adventure, and survival. The setting includes eight adventure scenarios, detailed locations such as a mage’s castle, a bandit hideout, and a pirate-haunted island, along with maps, regional history, city descriptions, and statistics and tables for characters, creatures, encounters, and non-player characters.
