Players explore a new mountainous Region added to the board, following paths up rugged highlands toward an enchanted peak where a magical stream deposits powerful gems. The expansion introduces a custom map area, over 100 new cards and six new characters with plastic miniatures. Players move, encounter hazards and foes, collect jewels and magical items, and face the Eagle King as the guardian of the mountain’s magic. Play focuses on climbing the highlands to reach the source of magic, resolving encounters and challenges along the way to claim riches and power.
