Tallinn: The Elders

A mini-expansion for Tallinn that adds three large faction figures and matching stickers. During the game, the first player to have at least five symbols of a faction on their played influence cards, excluding their starting card, claims the corresponding figure. At the end of the game, that figure doubles the associated faction total on their tower cards.
